🌟 THE HEART OF THIS FIELD TRIP

This experience is designed with our KIDS in mind. The goal is for children to connect, collaborate, and have an absolute blast solving puzzles and working together as a team — with just enough adult help to keep things moving! There will be a limited amount of space for parents (as chaperones) - and I will try to place two adults per room for younger children. 

Parents of younger siblings are welcome to wait comfortably in the lobby. Non-participating parents must remain on-site at all times. This is not a drop-off event. Escapology will have iPads with live camera feeds so you can watch your older kids in action from the lobby — how cool is that?!

⚠️ HOW REGISTRATION WORKS — PLEASE READ!

Because each room has a maximum of 8 people and we need to make sure every room has the right balance of adults and kids, registration for this field trip works a little differently!

1️⃣ Fill out the Google Form below to select your room preference and share details about your participants

2️⃣ I will review submissions, confirm your room assignment, and send you a Square invoice within 48 hours

3️⃣ Pay your invoice within 48 hours to officially secure your spot

Room assignments are first-come, first-served based on form submission order. Spots are NOT confirmed until payment is received! Any spots that are not paid within 48 hours of the invoice being sent will be released.

I will try to honor requests for friends or peers to be grouped together, but cannot guarantee these requests. I think no matter what, this is going to be such a fun field trip. I love Escapology!

Afterward, we will head over to Dublin Park (about 10 min drive) to enjoy a picnic lunch and play together at the playground.
