We are looking for businesses and volunteers to help run tables, crafts, activities, and pass out candy!
Are you a local homeschool-friendly business? We are offering vendor space for this event!
Bring candy and treats to pass out, and a little activity or craft for kids to do. We are hoping for things like yard games (corn hole, can knock-down, ring toss, bean bag toss, cake walk, etc.), or crafts like coloring sheets, and anything else creative that you may find on Pinterest.
$15 per business: BYO table and host your business, passing out candy and treats and getting great traction for your business within the homeschool community. Last year we had well over 100 people.
$25 per business: Can’t make it on that date? No problem! Arrange for Mandy to set up a table/station representing your business for you. All you need is to provide the treats and signage and we will make sure you are good to go!
All businesses that snag a vendor space will receive recognition both on the website and on social media.
Sign your business up here for a spot before they’re all gone!

Do you love to help host parties? Are you creative with games and things? Did you miss your calling with the PTA? Can you spare a few minutes and a bit of effort? We would love to have your help with this event. This is a rather large event with loads of fun activities for all, and we will need ALL HANDS ON DECK!
This event is such a fun one to volunteer with. We can use help of all sizes and abilities, so no worries if you can’t dedicate a lot of time, can’t add to your mental load, or will be chasing around littles - we have something for you!
Here’s what we will need:
Help with set-up (hanging decorations, showing people where to set up, etc.)
Running a table activity (bring a simple craft or game for kids to do - Mandy will provide a bowl of candy for you to use as prizes and/or pass out) - this is perfect for those wanting to keep a close watch of littles. The gymnasium is a nice closed space and you can run a table within sight of your children.
Hand out food (I would love two people to hand out slices of pizza and desserts)
Help with clean-up (taking out the trash, packing up decorations, etc.)
Many hands will make light work, so the more help we have, the easier it’ll be for all of us. Plus, as an adult volunteer, you will receive free entry to the event (a $6 value per adult).
